well i havent updated this in an age. mainly coz im kinda lazy like that. however i shall try and give you all (if anyone still reads this) a little review of the past few months.
well lets see, iv finished uni. yay! all done now, except for that one nagging resit in august, which if i fail, i dont get my degree. slightly harsh wouldnt you agree? so not looking forward to that as it may result in the waste of the last 3 years.
i got a job though. finally. after months and months and literally many more months i found myself a job just 10mins down the road in Au Naturale. its not too bad. you get pure manky in it though coz everything is pure filthy. mainly i just put things on shelves though so its not like its pure hard or anything. lots of heavy lifting involved so maybe i'll end up with popeye style arm muscles hehe. everyone there is pretty cool though and the pay aint too bad so its all good.
i am going on holiday on thursday morning! yas! spain for two weeks. two music festivals. amazing. some super people playing. daft punk! chemical brothers! new order! fatboyslim! the long blondes! pixies! madness! white rose movement! the rakes! among others! tons its gonna be great. camping for the majority. i have so much stuff to pack into my rucksack. my ugly rucksack. its not the nicest looking thing but its pure huge so hopefully it will all fit. im not one to travel light. however i am gonna have to live without straightenin my hair for two weeks. nightmare. so i have an assortment of headgear to wear. hehe. i got a visor. how cool am i. very i say. :) goin with a good wee group of people too. paul sinead dee dougall shiona and ryan, and my bro and nicole and erik will be there too! yay! be jealous. (unless you are one of those people in which case yay!)
what else has happened...oh well im goin out with paul now, i guess thats newsworthy hehe. its been a coupla weeks now, and its all good. yay!
ermmmm...urmmm....i cant think of anything else actually. those are the main things that have happened. im sure i will have lots to blab about when i get back from spain! til then adios! |

where have i been? oh yes busy thats where! iv been so stressed :( its not nice. mostly about this short film and trying to get everything sorted. it seems to sort of be coming together, filming being this weekend but things could still go wrong and probably will. the police phoned me today to tell me to get permission off the council or something, i will look into this.
i wont blab on about the film though. what else have i been doing...erm well my whole back thing turned out not so good. its all messed up blah blah so i started goin to see mr chiropractor a few times a week but that didnt last long as we decided not to bother as it was muchos expensives. so now im doin nothing about sorting the old back out. but im gonna start doin some sort of pilates type thing, coz that will probably help and also get me nice and toned and bendy haha. im also gonna do that race for life thing to get fit and also raise some dosh for the nice charity people.
its my birthday next week woo! so when im not stressing out about uni, im thinkin about that! hehe. i dont really wanna turn twenteen. but oh well. going to see edward scissorhands ballet on saturday! so that should be interesting. go for some luncho before it, then im zipping down to the shoot afterwards.
then i will go out on the friday to get drunken and dance a lot and all that stuff. so woo!
im pretty sure there are other things i could tell you about, but my brain is pretty mush like right now. apparently there is a man coming to look about the house, infact maybe he is here already, coz we are doin some major decorating work on the house or something. so he is gonna look in my bedroom. thats probably a health hazard. hehe.

i had a big chocolate brownie cake today.
it was yummy.
but i felt a bit piggeh afterwards.
i should definitely start exercising more.
i say more like i actually already do exercise.
i dont.
i am going to try and find something to do tonight.

iv started baking things recently. its good and keeps me entertained. and also the end product is yummy, usually.
iv made a chocolate cake which went down well with the family and i also made chocolate tiffin, but i didnt put in enough syrup so it just kinda fell apart. but still tasted good. so i made some more yesterday and put in a ton of syrup and it came out great :)
i also made myself some dinner last nite, was simple but tasty. just fried some potato, bacon and onion then grated some cheese on it.

i know i havent updated in pure ages. i just cant be bothered right now. i havent got much interesting things to say. i have been going out a lot (surprising and bad since i have no money) and gettin drunken. many events coming up in the next few weeks.
tomorrow i be going to see ShitDisco. i dont really know anythin about them and have heard only two songs, i just thought it would be good to go see a band id never really heard of before to see if it was good. so we shall see.
then next friday is St Patricks Day, so we are going to go to the QM for another 10 hour night of glorious cheesy pop and much drinking! fun times!
then the following saturday me and the girls are having a pyjama cocktail party! FUN! its gonna be so good! :D cant wait!

so i havent really properly updated this in a while. but see i dont really do all that much of particular interest so i cant really blabber about much.
i have been out a few times, gettin drunk and dancing and all that jazz. but now that i have literally £85 until i get a job, i think fun times are grinding to a severe and abrupt halt.
or maybe not, as i am goin out to erins 21st tonight. ceilidh fun! so i will get drunk and dance and all that jazz there! woo! plus...men in kilts. always good. unless they look really stupid in a kilt, but they shouldnt be wearing one if they do.
so yeh i need a job. i should be finishing writing my CV right now. i will do that after i finish writing this. im gonna go a job hunting this week! :D and i bet they all reject me, since that seems to be the way when i require a job.
going to see the chalets on the 11th feb! YAY! *dances* will be muchos fun! and i just found out that 3 doors down are playing in april! must get tickets!

Don't you think it can be quite strange that you hear a song and you just think to yourself "that song totally relates to how i am thinking right now". i don't mean just like hearing a new song but old ones too.
Like a song came on last night, one that haven't really ever loved or anything, I'm not really that crazy about the band actually, but I was just listening to it and I suddenly thought the lyrics were quite relevant to how I was feeling at the time. Was just kinda weird.
It's also quite cool how you can hear a song, and it can bring up a memory. Sometimes they are nice ones, but sometimes they can be not so nice ones, or sad ones. But it is still a pretty cool thing to happen.
Music.
Music is great.
Even if it can make you sad sometimes, it can also make you really happy at other times. |

god im a bit obsessed with poker right now. having got a poker set for my xmas, and ive been playing online aswell. not for money though, i cant afford to do that. i would just lose all the time knowing my luck.
christmas and new year were pretty good i guess. since the folks were away people came over quite a bit, and a lot of alcohol was consumed. my kitchen was just full of bottles! i pretty much lived off junk food too, so tonights proper roast dinner was much appreciated.
going out for lunch with dani tomorrow. not seen her in ages actually, so that should be good. i cant even think of anythin to talk about really. so i'll just leave it at that for the moment. |

its like 3 days til xmas! thats really soon, doesnt feel like it though. i think i will feel more christmassy tomorrow though. it is sineads party! wooo! its gonna be dead good! iv bought some party munchieness for it! and lotsa booze! im stocking up for the week ahead :)
12hour cheesy was good! i was there from half 8 til half 7 so thats 11 hours. go me! (side note: i wonder how many !!!!'s i could use in this entry) i dont think i got that drunk though, just pleasurably merry all night :) dougall and paul were much fun dancing buddies especially to "WHAT IS LOVE!!!" yas!
no-one else seemed to stick it out that long apart from erik (though he didnt arrive til quite late) and moody. we got the subway back into town to get "a bacon" and then waited for ages in the freezingness cold for dougalls dad who so kindly came to pick us up even though we could have been unlazy and got the train. (he was comin into town anyway tho so meh)
anyway the next few weeks should hopefully be dead good! party time woooooo! :)
